Due to the artisan nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened and used products. Every product is made by hand with extreme love and care, which makes processing returns very difficult.

However, we are happy to offer a return if the product has been damaged via shipping in any way. Please retain all original packaging and send us an email with your order number, photos and/or video if necessary to hello@jelkaessentials.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
